Our Level Two course is designed for those who have completed our 4-Week Step One class or have basic wheel experience. Over six weeks, you'll refine your cylinder technique and expand your skills to include throwing bowls and plates.

The focus of this course is functional design — you'll work toward creating a cohesive breakkie set including a mug, bowl, and plate. Along the way, you'll gain confidence in form control, trimming, and surface finishing techniques to bring your set together with intention and style.

Perfect for makers looking to take the next step in their wheel practice.

Details:

  • 6 x 120 minute wheel throwing sessions

  • All clay and supplies included

  • Glazing and firing of 8 items included

  • Total price for course is $465 ($77.50 per session)

Please note:

Whilst we take great care of your pieces during finishing, it is not uncommon for ceramics to crack and break during the firing process. Sessle B’s Studio does not take any liability for broken or damaged pieces.

All pieces must be collected from the studio from 4 weeks after your class. Due to storage limitations, we cannot store your items for longer than 3 months after the date of your class. Work that is not collected within this period will be donated.
