Bring the family together for a fun, creative day at our Family Wheel Workshop at Silt Studio in Lismore, NSW. This relaxed, beginner-friendly pottery class invites kids and adults alike to experience the joy of wheel throwing in a supportive and social setting. Guided by friendly instructors, you’ll learn basic pottery wheel techniques, create your own ceramic pieces, and enjoy quality time together in our warm and welcoming Northern Rivers creative space. Perfect for family bonding, weekend activities, or introducing little ones to the art of clay, this workshop celebrates creativity, connection, and the simple joy of making something by hand.

Details:

- 90 minute guided wheel class, relaxed daytime setting

- 10 years and over welcome, with or without attending parent (each person must have their own ticket)

- Class size of up to 9 people

- All materials included, aprons provided

- Each person's favourite piece glazed and fired for later collection

Glazing:

You can now additionally book a glazing session through our website to come back and decorate your own item with glaze, otherwise we will glaze it in our standard white glaze for you

Please Note:

Whilst we take great care of your pieces during finishing, it is not uncommon for ceramics to crack and break during the firing process. Sessle B’s Studio does not take any liability for broken or damaged pieces.

Pieces can be collected from the studio from 4 weeks after your class. Due to storage limitations, we cannot store your items for longer than 3 months after the date of your class. Work that is not collected within this period will be donated.
