Ease into your weekend with our Friday Morning Clay Classes at Silt Studio in Lismore, NSW. Perfect for beginners and creatives of all levels, these weekly hand-building pottery workshops offer a fun and flexible way to experience the joy of working with clay. Learn essential techniques such as pinching, coiling, slab building, and glazing, and create your own beautiful handmade vessel to keep or gift. Set in our relaxed Northern Rivers creative space, these classes are social, inspiring, and the perfect way to connect, unwind, and explore your creative side in a supportive community environment.

ONE-OFF CLASSES: Friday one-off classes are great for a small project, or you can book multiple sessions to experience the whole process of completing a larger build.

4-WEEK COURSE: Booking a 4-week course is a great way to explore the whole process of building, finishing and glazing a larger piece or set.

8-WEEK COURSE: Really sink your hands into learning different techniques and producing several finished pieces over an 8-week block.

You can purchase barista coffee and treats from the studio prior to your class commencing.

• 2 hour guided hand-building class (beginner friendly)

• All materials and glazing/firing of completed pieces included

• Class size of up to 12 people

Please Note:

Whilst we take great care of your pieces during finishing, it is not uncommon for ceramics to crack and break during the firing process. Sessle B’s Studio does not take any liability for broken or damaged pieces.

Pieces can be collected from the studio from 4 weeks after your class. Due to storage limitations, we cannot store your items for longer than 3 months after the date of your class. Work that is not collected within this period will be donated.
