Silt Studio’s new Paint-A-Piece Station is now open!

You can drop in without a booking during our public opening hours (9am-2pm Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays) to glaze either a piece you have previously made with us, or choose a pre-made pottery item. You will have 2 hours to sit in the cafe and decorate your piece with your own design using coloured underglazes and a clear glaze coat. We will then glaze-fire your pieces for collection in 2-3 weeks.

The booking option below (scheduled for every second Saturday) is recommended for larger groups or if you are coming to glaze several pieces as it has the large workshop table allocated for the morning and allows for extra time.

BOOKING PRICE OF $35 IS FOR THE SESSION & GLAZES ONLY - You will need to purchase the item of your choice on arrival, unless you are coming back to glaze a piece you previously made in a class with us.

All of our items are hand-made in the studio by local potters, they are not bulk-bought.
